Local SEO Audit — The $299 Starter

Before you fix anything, you need to know exactly what's broken.

Most SEO audits are reports. Hundreds of rows of data exported from a tool, formatted into a PDF, emailed to you with a cover note that says "let us know if you have questions." You open it, feel briefly overwhelmed, close it, and nothing changes.

That's not this. The $299 Starter is a working document. It tells you specifically what's holding your business back from the top three in the map pack, specifically what your competitors have built that you haven't, and specifically what needs to happen first, second, and third to close that gap. You could hand it to anyone and execute it. Or you could hand it back to me.

What the Audit Covers

Your Google Business Profile: every element of your GBP measured against what a fully optimized profile looks like. Categories — how many you have, how many you're missing, which ones your competitors are using that you aren't. Services — what's listed, what's absent, how the descriptions read. Attributes, photos, description, post activity.

Your Website Structure: do you have dedicated service pages or a single generic services page trying to do everything? Do your pages align with your GBP categories and services? Is your internal linking structured correctly? Does your site have schema markup? Does your homepage target the right keyword for your primary market?

Your Competitors: the three businesses outranking you in the map pack. What categories are they using? How many service pages do they have? What backlinks are pointing to their site? Where are they strong and where are they vulnerable?

Your Keyword Opportunities: what searches are your best customers running in your market? Which ones have real volume? Which ones are your competitors ranking for that you're not?

Your Rank Map: a visual grid of your current map pack position across your service area. Not one ranking number — a geographic picture of where you're visible and where you're not.

What You Get

A written document. Not a dashboard, not a tool login, not a data export. A document that reads like it was written by someone who actually looked at your business, thought about your market, and figured out what specifically needs to happen — in plain language, in priority order. Delivered within five business days of intake completion.

The Credit

The $299 applies as a credit toward your first month if you decide to move forward with a Core 30 retainer. You're not paying for a sales pitch. You're paying for a real deliverable that has value regardless of what you decide next.

If you read the audit and decide to execute it yourself, you have everything you need to do that. If you decide to hand it back to me, we start the Core 30 build with a clear picture of exactly where we're going and why.

Either way, you leave with more than you came with.

Who This Is For

The $299 Starter works best if you're a trades business with an existing web presence — even a basic one — and some Google reviews already. You don't need to be ranking well. You need to exist online well enough for there to be something to audit.

If you're a brand new business with no web presence and no reviews, the audit is premature. Start with a free rank map call and we'll talk about what to build first.
