There are four ways to work together. They're organized by where you are in the process and not by how much you want to spend.

Before anything else, I want to show you where you actually stand.
I'll pull your current map pack position, identify your top three competitors, and show you the gap — specifically what they've built that you haven't. You'll leave the call with a clear picture of why you're ranking where you're ranking and what it would take to move up.
No pressure No invoice. Just data.
If it makes sense to work together after that call, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, you'll leave with better information than you came with.

You could hand this document to anyone and execute it. Or you could hand it back to me.
If you move forward with a retainer, the $299 applies as a credit toward your first month. You're not paying for a sales pitch. You're paying for a real deliverable that has value regardless of what you decide next.

Monthly. Same work at three different speeds.
This is the Core 30 buildout — the complete local SEO foundation that gives Google everything it needs to rank your business in the map pack. Every plan includes the same work. The difference is how fast we get there.

Core 30 completed in approximately four months.
Best for: businesses that want steady, methodical progress without rushing the timeline. Four to five pages per month, GBP optimization, citation work, and link building running in parallel.

What a Retainer Doesn't Include
Website hosting, domain registration, or CMS management. You own your site and your content. I build the pages and hand them to you or work directly in your CMS if that's easier. Either works.
Paid advertising. Everything here is organic local SEO. If you're running Google Ads, I can advise on landing page structure, but ad management is outside the scope of these engagements.

Standalone Services
Not ready for a retainer or need something specific? Individual services are available across all four categories — GBP optimization, local SEO copywriting, direct response copy, and marketing consulting. Most standalone projects have a one-week turnaround from intake completion.
A Few Honest Notes on Pricing
These prices reflect real work done by one person who does this at a high level and not a team of junior contractors running templates at scale.
The Growth tier at $795 is priced to be accessible for a trades business that's serious about local visibility but isn't ready to commit to a faster timeline. The Accelerator at $1,800 is priced for a business where faster rankings have a clear and calculable revenue impact.
Neither is cheap. Neither is padded.
If you're looking for the lowest price in the market, I'm probably not the right fit. If you're looking for someone who will tell you exactly what's happening, execute a proven system, and be accountable for results...that's what this is.
